Our Story
I spent fifteen years working with all sizes and types of law firms as a consultant, travelling around the world to help my clients plan and implement business process and software changes that would help them adapt and thrive in a competitive marketplace.
Delphi Consulting was born from a passion for helping my customers succeed. When I founded this company, I saw a need for personalised, practical, customer-led strategic consulting services, and I set out to create a company that would meet that need.
Change is a good thing. I always say that the seven most expensive words in business are "we have always done it that way."
