Our Story
I spent more than fifteen years working with all sizes and types of law firms as a consultant, travelling around the world to help my clients plan and implement the Elite 3E software platform and associated stack, and working with them on business process and software changes that would help them adapt and thrive in a competitive marketplace.
Delphi Consulting was born from my passion for helping my customers succeed. When I founded this company, I saw a need for personalised, practical, customer-led strategic consulting services, and I set out to create something that would meet that need.
My motto is that change is a good thing.
I always say that the seven most expensive words in business are "we have always done it that way." At Delphi, we help you get the best out of your people, processes and systems, and to get more comfortable with change - by asking probing questions, listening to the answers, and designing solutions that help you make the best of your firm's people and technology.
